Outstanding, friendly service when I called before ordering the Starefire H burner. I already had a 18"log set, but no burner (only a gas starter). I ordered the 12", because of a short back wall of the box, and it looks great. Placed on floor, covered with 10 lbs small volcanic stones and a bit of rock wool/embers, and it's very realistic. Installation easy because of the video. Getting the old burner pipe off (even though new and never used) was very hard; had to heat and get leverage with large pliers.
