When we ordered our firepit, it was scheduled to arrive Nov. 19. We were delighted when we received in late October instead. The pit was everything we'd hoped! but... the value regulator key was missing. Amelia King in Starfire customer service responded to my email within 24 hours and had a key on the way to us right away. The package arrived empty (?) so I contacted Amelia, again, and she ordered another key which arrived without problem a week later. Great products and great customer service!!!
