Well, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new fire table. However, had a lot of issues. First of all, the delivery kept getting delayed - which I understand because of Covid, but they sent an email saying it was going to be another 3 months, which would mean that I wouldn't be able to have it until Fall, so I bought a temporary table. Then the next week, they sent an email saying the table would be here in a couple of weeks ;-( Although I was happy I would get to use it in the summer, I had just spent $300 for a temporary table. ;0) Then came the delivery, The company that delivered the table - well, let's just say they were not exceptional and I paid a lot for the "white glove" delivery. When the table got here, the packing was exceptional. Nothing was wrong with the table (although they forgot to deliver the pan for the table - not sure if that was the manufacturer or delivery company but I think it was the delivery company). When the delivery guys put the table together, they put it together with the top on the bottom, which was okay until they turned it upright and they must have grabbed it by the door to the base because the door was ripped off the hinge and split the wood. To their defense, the door hinge was only attached to the wood base by one screw but they should not have turned it over the way they did. Well, I called Starfire about the issues and the missing pan (which they delivered the pan right away). The issues with fixing the door, the cracked wood, and the latch that was also broken were a different story. Part of the problem was employees - although they were very nice and said they would call the manufacturer - the people I worked with didn't stay at Starfire long enough to follow up, so I had to start all over with different people several times. After the last person, I just gave up. I ended up fixing the door and the cracked wood myself. The latch is still broken, but since I converted it to natural gas, I don't need to get in there anyway, so I had to semi-permanently wire the door shut. JUST NOT A GOOD FOLLOW UP AND NEVER DID GET A RESPONSE FROM MY LAST COMMUNICATION - WHICH I WAS JUST ASKING FOR A NEW LATCH. If it wasn't for all the post-problems and no resolution, I would have given a better rating - but it is all part of the package. Vicki Hudson
