I use a flip phone and refuse to move into the future of high speed internet and computers. Hence an issue I created with ordering on line. I ordered 1 part, got confused, the screen went dark and I reached out to tech support (my wife). She pulled up where I left off, so I tapped my order in again to purchase 1 part. Then my my wife completed the final stages, entering credit card # and so forth. So an email comes back that the order was received, when I notice that the charges are exactly 2X the amount advertised 😧! Could I be so dumb? This was easy, I had back up (my wife). Must be her fault! I’m not that dumb, am I? Called star fire and they understood and assured me that they could resolve this issue. They did just that. Thank you star fire, for understanding that there are still us dumbys floating around.
