The glass guard was exactly as pictured and described online. High quality hardware pieces. I was happy to discover that once assembled it is sturdy and can easily be lifted as one piece because we use it when we have the fire on and remove it and put a solid piece of lass in it Place as a cover and to enable us to use our table for cocktails, etc...
