Our firepit cover came damaged.
I responded with an email but have yet to hear anything back.
It cost $500 and I’d never buy from Starfire again based on the lack of response.
And, while ordering, there was a free gift option which did not work online and kept trying to charge me for the gift.
While the service person online solved the problem, it took longer to receive the invoice and I had to go back online and re-enter the entire order.
