Personally iam giving Starfire direct 5 stars on customer service. This company was there if l needed help a employee by the name Steven help on the pipe size I was using and on lava rock questions I needed answers on best of all was the shipping was fast no freight damage and my diy kit the burner 24inch and the flat pan 30inch and the push button ignitor was what I needed for my first ever diy firepit at 65 year old any one I feel can do this project .Starfire direct will be there to answer any questions I personally was given this help
