The fire table is nice and was in good condition upon delivery, although the delivery service left it outside in the rain and drove off quickly. The customer service of these delivery services is poor. The unit required some assembly but it was not too difficult. The instructions could have been a little more detailed. The copper wire connection was not explained rather there is a simple picture of it so I missed that the first go-around. All in all it was pretty straight forward though. I feel like the table is priced high for what it is since it a pretty simple setup. The flame does put out great heat and is plenty high though. If the unit holds up in the conditions for several years it will be worth the money, but if it doesn't hold up I would not spend that much again. Finally, the communication from the company was excellent. Shipping was slightly delayed due to the Coronavirus but they communicated very well. Thank you for that.
