Team was great, i appreciate the recommendation to move up to the 60,000 BTU fire pit (versus 45K). Everything arrived in good shape and it is installed and working fine! It's great! two recommendations to StarFire: it did take 8 weeks for it to arrive…literally to the day, so i would position 8 weeks with your customers, if it arrives sooner that is great. this way they are not disappointed in waiting. second, i would really emphasize that the propane tank does not come with the unit (i knew that)…maybe in one of your courtesy emails while awaiting delivery, remind the customer that they need to purchase their propane tank (so they can be ready when it arrives). Overall, i have already recommended StarFire to my friends!
