We have not received the second set of samples as of yet, but Starfire Direct did ship us some more samples. Apparently our samples were lost and we could see that the shipment had not moved in over a month. I'm glad they sent new samples; it's been difficult waiting for samples for our empty firepit. Very excited to see them. Glad Starfire did respond back to us - that's the kind of customer service that we should all expect!
