I have never had to claim so cannot comment on this aspect. In terms of quotes, etc I find all staff professional and helpful. There may be policies which are cheaper for those with medical conditions but we remain happy with StaySure. Online account is clear and simple for accessing and downloading documents. Phones always answered in a timely manner.
