I appreciate the depth of information and knowledge imparted by the courses I experienced: Crowd Management, Crisis Management and Security Awareness. I was dismayed that my score was effected by several ambiguous questions that I am certain were answered correctly, but were scored incorrectly. There are also numerous small spelling, punctuation and other grammatical errors throughout the printed information in all three courses. Thank you for the content and the opportunity to train in these important areas of safety and security
