Firstly, I ordered a sweater that appeared to be purple and white. When I got it it was grey and white-- DINGY grey and purple. I sought to Return it, as we do in America when we are unsatisfied.
I was told I could get a "Store Credit". This is why they are going Bankrupt with most of their stores Closing. The store in my area has closed. Horrible Online Return Policies leave your company unable to compete with the best stores. Why would I shop with you???? I wouldn't.
