Customer Service is nonexistent. Unable to get a live person on the phone. I have now been on hold for 41 minutes. There is a questionable charge on my account, but I am unable to get a hold of anyone. I'll stay on the line to see if anyone ever answers. While I've been on speaker hold, I've been able to change my bed, empty the dishwasher, clean the kitchen and bathroom, vacuum my floors and carpet, fold laundry, pay other bills. I'll keep you posted if anyone ever answers Stein Mart's customer service phone line. I was put on hold at 9:21 am and now it's 10:01 am
