Waste of time to order anything online. I ordered one purse and found out the next day the order got cancelled. No explanation given as to why. I then ordered a different purse and also a tote bag. I tried to check the status of my order after ordering but no details were given so it obviously hadn’t shipped. I was notified exactly one week later from the order date that the order was cancelled! Again no explanation given. I called to find out why and was told they were out of stock. Ridiculous! I won’t be ordering from this company again. I have no confidence that anything that appears to be available online is actually in stock and no confidence in timeliness with orders. I had also followed the “contact us” link with both orders asking for an update and never heard back from anyone. Terrible customer service.
