My new moon unexpectedly turn red with high air flow. I turned it off, inspected the filter, dusted exterior and read the instructions.
When I restarted it was normal again.
I would have liked and requested a phone # but only received an email requesting a video!
Don’t understand what a video of normal functioning would accomplish.
