Awful experience, ordered on 3rd March and had absolutely no communications from the company. The only thing I had was my PayPal receipt. Tried to contact them through their contact us form on the website after 3 weeks but had no answer. Emailed them using the email available on PayPal a week later asking for an update otherwise I would have to open a PayPal dispute. I got a very unprofessional response saying that they had cancelled my order because they didn't want custom from "people like you" and that I was threatening with them (I had just stated that if I hadn't heard from them I would be opening a PayPal dispute). I replied saying thanks for the response but I was within my right as I hadn't heard anything from them. Their reply was to "learn to read" as it stated on their website the length of time. What it actually says is that there are delays and that products should be dispatched within 15 working days however there was absolutely no communication about whether the order had even been received, let alone gone into production or dispatched. Customer service is awful and borderline abusive. Would not recommend.
