Customer service is INFURIATING. After three years of business and over $10k in orders, I asked for a reprint (worth $100) as the color was substantially darker than the digital proof. They then respond gaslighting me and speaking to me patronizingly that it was entirely my fault and that what I see in the digital proof is just not going to be how it gets printed. They told me because I approved the digital proof I am out of luck even though they have zero in house quality control apparently. I asked to speak to a manager on Monday as it’s the weekend to get this issue resolved to which they ignored my request and just offered a $50 credit despite it “printing better than expected” (I wish this wasn’t a direct quote). You literally cannot tell the difference between the reds and blacks which on my file is VERY distinct. Not to mention the horrific political emails they have sent out. Needless to say, I think they lost a customer for good.
