I ordered custom pin badges and they came with the pins on the back in all random directions rather than in the proper direction. I emailed customer service and they said I should just twist them around myself. Not great, right? But I tried, and 90% were impossible to twist in any direction. Waste of money.
Then they sent me political spam of the worst possible kind.
Awful company, avoid.
