If I could give this zero I would. I ordered a month ago with a lead time of 7 to 10 days. No notice that the people running the shop were on holiday but when they came back I was assured I would get them last week. Still way over the estimated delivery time. Then said I would get them yesterday. Still not arrived. Have caused me a huge problem with a record label client, and I've had to reorder with another supplier. This company is absolutely hopeless - order from them at your peril. I have not received my order at the time of writing and have asked for a refund (though I won't hold my breath) as it's far too late to be of any use to me now.
