We always review companies we work with honestly. We needed a quick turnaround, so we used Sticky Things as the website states quick turnaround and as USP. After a few days, we had not received our order, so I messaged them. Vicky was extremely helpful and told me the order would be out the next day. It didn't arrive. I messaged again, and Vicky told me there had been a printing issue and that my order would be with me on a Saturday delivery. It didn't arrive. I messaged again after the weekend expressing my disappointment asking if I could have the order or a refund. It's now been 11 working days since my original order and I have heard nothing since I asked for a refund. - Real shame as other reviews seem to be positive.
