It was a great experience to find a dress and communicate with the seller. Everything was perfect until one of their agents gave my seller bad advice that has cost me an additional $300 and months of headaches trying to deal with customs over their recommended action. So much for a good deal on a dress and easy international shipping. On top of the price for the dress, I paid $80 for shipping, $90 for custom fees that allegedly weren't supposed to exist for this, and then another $280+ for fees from their advice. Even if everything is marked correctly, be ready to pay $200 over the listed price for international shipping. Not easy, convenient, or affordable.
