I had an unfortunate experience after shipping my dress to a buyer who kept my dress and requested a refund to PayPal which was granted without question and without returning my dress. Although it took a lot of back and forth with PayPal who was very challenging to get help from, I was supported by Still White throughout this experience. Bruno went above and beyond Still White’s policy to provide me the funds from the sale of the dress when it wasn’t returned or paid for by the buyer. The team clearly cares about the buyers and sellers who use their platform and I appreciate their help to resolve this issue.
