I had a problem with ring boxes recently, emailed you customer service team. They said they would fix the problem straight away, sent me new boxes to replace the faulty ones free of charge. You can't get better service then this, putting their customer's first and foremost. It's something l practise all the time with my own business simply because it works, you get returning happy customers, which is what you set out to achieve in the first place.
