Would just like to thank you Sarah from complaints I don’t no her last name I’m afraid but she went above and beyond and my complaint has been dealt with, the outcome has been amazing all the work has been done and to high standards, even a call everyday for the progress updates, thank you for getting all the repairs sorted so my mum can come home 😊
