I orded a quantity of specialist beer from this website, and paid by credit card. The money (£136) was taken from my acount within five minutes Since then, I have had no communication from the person running this website after I enquired why a delivery has not arrived after waiting ten days. I see on their website that the owner is actually running a pub in London, besides trying to run this website. I have phoned and emailed her endlessly from their web contact page, but she obviously is refusing to take my call or to send me back an email. I would advise against ordering from this website at your peril. Atrocious customer service.
