I had a premium subscription with Wix since Jun 2020 and was satisfied with the service. However, starting in April 2022, I encountered several issues that made me question the integrity of this company. First, my premium subscription was removed without my consent, and it took several emails to get it reinstated. Then, when it was time for renewal, Wix falsely claimed that I had not paid, despite clear evidence to the contrary. After proving my payment, I was granted access to my account once again. Unfortunately, the worst was yet to come. In October 2022, Wix accused me of using phishing scams and blocked my access to my account. This was based on a single fake report, and even when it became clear that I was not a scammer, Wix played another scammer's move by removing my subscription and increasing the price by 83%. This move hurt my business significantly. Overall, my experience with Wix has been very disappointing. The company's actions seem to indicate that they are more interested in scamming their customers than providing quality service. If you are considering using Wix, I would caution you to be aware of these issues and to proceed with caution.
