I received an excellent service from the company director, Mr. Ali. Initially, I was hesitated to buy marble tiles from him, as I was concerned about dealing with a company that I never heard of. However, after speaking to him to know about his background; enthusiasm and the assurance that he could offer to me (payment upon delivery). I decided to place my order through him. I had a few follow up calls from him that I was really pleased he did, even initiated to send me 2 samples that clearly outlined different veins of the same type of stone for assurance. Indeed, I feel I had a John Lewis service from him. Personally, I wish a young businessman like him with excellent service will success in the near future. I really have a good impression and built up trust on him. I had even get him to source for other tiles which I found from his competitors.
