I had ordered 37m2 of travertine tiles from these guys including grout / adhesive and sealer! costing over £1500! they were not only the cheapest but the quality of the stone was superb and the service from order to deliver was amazing! (thanks Ali) - the delivery was quick and efficient - the deliver driver called me to give me an eta - which really helped - and the goods were well packaged - I had an issue where a couple of the tiles had cracked - not their fault at all and it did fall within my 10% over order - so all good...but to their credit they offered to refund me the difference on those tiles - so that was great service ...uncalled for really - I also had an issue where I had run short of grout (only needed to do about 12 more tiles ) so Ali had sent me out another bag FOC - how is that for amazing service!!!??? overall - a great company to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone ! - don't walk away buy from them today!! And no im not a staff member just an extremely happy customer - and credit where credit is due - cheers for a great buying experience guys ? r | y
