Hi everybody! My name is Trish and I found Craig while searching for information about stopping drinking. I am 61 years old and quit alcohol 19 months ago. I have struggled for a very very long time… Quitting and then trying to control my drinking over and over and over. I felt like I was getting at the end of my rope because of my age. I looked horrible and became quite overweight and felt like I was turning into my own mother who is one of those embarrassing alcoholic women that we all know too well.
