I paid for a pre 12 delivery, the instruction on the website said I would get a telephone call to confirm time, this did not happen... I sent an email at the time I purchased requesting the delivery date. The next morning I received an email saying it was coming a day earlier. I contacted Merinal by phone and they rescheduled the delivery for the following day. At 12.30 I contacted Merinal as no heater arrived and I was told it would be between 14.30 - 16.30.They aplogised and said the pre-delivery fee would be refunded. It arrived 15.45. Once the heater arrived, there were no fixings as described with the heater and more disappointingly no cable..... Still waiting for the refund.
