My storage heater was duly delivered by the next working day after Queen Elizabeth’s funeral which was perfect! Are you at Merinall aware that after accessing Palletways website to check on delivery they forward customers onto a company called Trackerlynet who ask for £1 (then requested payment via my bank card details) before providing the tracking service! As according to Merinall tracking was free I was astounded and of course did not give my card details.
