Product ordered on 9th December, and delivered with one heater missing. Returned by courier. Next time delivered, same opened box with still only one heater. Eventually another arrived after a further phone call. I arranged for the electrician to fit tis am 17th December 16. He came to tell me there were no brackets and they were also just wall heaters and not storage heaters, so he would not fit them. I would like you to collect the heaters ASAP and my money returned ASAP please. As my tenant will be away please collect from The Laurels ,Ansford Rd, Castle Cary.
