I found your website very easy to navigate and easy to use. The heater we bought was the best price is seen on the internet. With a five year warranty, we should peace of mind and warmth for the next five years... The items was shipped very quickly and came during office hours, which was very convenient. However, the method of delivery caused us some trouble. Maybe it is written in the small print (i don't know) but the company who delivered the heater were a 'Kerb-side drop only'. This cause an issue because our shop is not on a kerb-side. Our front door is about 20 yards from the nearest point the delivery van could access. The day the heater came the lady in the shop had to negotiate with the van driver to get the heater (and fire bricks) somewhere close to the shop. At best, the fire bricks were left outside of our shop. The heater looks and works well. Long may it last...
