The purchasing process was excellent . The sale's man knew what I was talking about . However , the delivery part that I was not happy with . The driver called me to say he was at my place and would see me down stairs since I live in a flat on the 1st floor . He offered to drop the item at the entrance to the building and not to the flat . He said that they would not deliver stuff to flats . I did state that my medical condition would not not allow me to carry heavy items . Anyway , he dropped the heater at the entrance and I ended up lifting the items with my wife up to the flat . Otherwise , everything else was really excellent .
