Then had change one heater size phone and spoke with Ben nothing was too much trouble changed order and got refunded me the difference in minutes, brilliant. Would certainly use you again. Delivery another matter!! 1* and that is only for the brilliant delivery driver. Order to be delivered by 5.00pm on the 12th according to my email and tracking app, stayed in all day no delivery tracked the order seemed to go depot to depot !! At 5.12pm tracking app information changed now stated delivery to be before 1.00pm on the 13th!!! This did not happen, waited in all day on the 13th delivery finally arrived 3.10pm. Had to quickly check goods, order seemed OK, however all the fire bricks were soaking wet although wrapped in plastic! Electrician booked for today had to be cancelled now hopping he can fit us in next week to have heating installed before Christmas!
