I recieved a brand new phone blackview A55 that I bought on amazon.ca the 12 of september 2022. Everything was ok, not the best phone, but I use it to play my games and for texts mostly. I went to pick it up to play and nothing!!! It was frozen, dead the 19 of november after 2 months!!! Could open or close nothing!! Like the batterie was dead!! Amazon refused to refund me because they have a 30 days warranty for everything electronic ect, the guy didn't care on the phone he said call blackview company!!! The blackview company said contact the seller, the seller never respond to anything, so I ask to make a complain against a seller, and no, I can't do that eighter!!! 150$ in the garbage!!! I was expecting it to last 1 year that's all!!! 2 months?? Blackview refuse to honnor the warranty of electronique device of 1 year!! Keep your money!!
