Same experience here. First ordered a mug on the 5th June. Have sent follow up emails and got a response on 29th July saying they expected to send it in a week. Now on the 23rd Sept they're saying a typhoon caused problems. It's this one guy, Jack, who responds, eventually. I'm making my second request for a refund as I don't think I'll ever see the thing.
