Have had the same experience of the guys in the previous reviews. I ordered some items on 27th of July and have been waiting for 2.5 months waiting for 3 items I ordered that were in the sale. I wrote 3 times asking where my items were only to be told “oh sorry they haven’t arrived in our warehouse and there is a delay , will be in touch with an update “ no update came after numerous e mails. The final e mail I was offered a refund which I declined as I wanted to wait for the products. A few days ago I checked the website and all the items I ordered were showing as being in stock , along with the quantity of each item in stock. I sent a screenshot of this to Jack who today issued a refund even though the items are in stock and I had clearly stated that I wanted the items and not a refund. I get the feeling that they made a mistake on the original sale prices and didn’t want to honour the sale so kept me waiting it out instead. Will never order from the place again. Steer clear
