STAY AWAY!! Brought a leather leash from them, stitching came apart, studs and rings came off after 6 month of use for my 7 months old puppy, American bulldog. The DOG TRAINING leather leash was advertised as ideal for handling any type of dogs, including working and training dogs such as Police, security and military dogs. I reach out Rogue Royalty via email, explaining the situation, where in return received nothing but accusations and assumptions. All of a sudden it was not a proper fit for my dog, that it was purchased on sale (like there is a difference with a quality and sale items are lesser quality) and so on, saying in the end that they value me as a customer. But what about 10 years warranty? It’s very misleading and disappointing that Rogue Royalty can’t back up their claims, but trying to be shifty about it. — Lack of customer service — Lack of integrity — False advertising — Waste of time and money I wouldn’t waste my time with the leash for $40 , but Rogue Royalty claimed the best quality and lifetime warranty, clearly they have no idea about. Don’t be misled by flashy showmanship
