Ordered the mask pack. Of course it was too small (how do you know what size your head is!) so asked to exchange. 3 emails and a chat session where I left my email address and nothing..... tumble weed. Very disappointing. Although only £25 quid - a couple of cocktails. I wanted them to show visibility and I like supporting gay businesses. Maybe they are not a Gay business but just taking advantage of the pink pound. Who knows. Regardless - lousy customer service. Avoid doing business with them. My husband is going to cut them up and make pocket squares with the fabric. This queen is very very slightly inconvenienced.
