Told my item would not arrive for 4-6 weeks. Asked for an invoice in the meantime. No reply or update after weeks.
Sent an email weeks ago asking to cancel, no reply. Emailed again, no reply. Emailed again no reply.
Got an email today saying my order has been dispatched even though I emailed several times weeks ago asking for the order to be cancelled.
