I have always been completely satisfied with the advice, care & treatment received at Story Southwell. From entering the clinic & seeing Sophie who is always welcoming, warm and friendly, to Dr.M.Mehta, who is very informative, addressing any concerns I might have had, to Dr.A.Kane who is friendly, open and professional. Explanations given to questions asked that were easy to understand. There is no pressure and time is always given for options and explanations. I have had Botox and pleased with the results shown to date. A follow up appointment & after care advice arranged. Would I be returning again? You bet!
