Before arriving at the clinic in Southwell, I had never had any aesthetics done before and I hadn’t because of the level of worry and stress that comes with the risk of injectables. I wanted a natural enhancement to my forehead, cheeks and jaw. The first few visits Dr. Mehta took it really slowly with me which isn’t something we spoke about, but now looking back I’m sure he did it because of my concern I expressed, which he just naturally understood and observed. I’ve had a few sessions since my first and I now have the natural look I wanted. It’s been a great experience. I’m so grateful to all the team especially Lucy and Sophie also who have always been on hand with expert skin care advice and sample products from the Alumier range with no pressure to buy whatsoever, just try putting my personal needs before any other motive which I know is rare. I’m always greeted with a lovely warm welcome, made to feel a trillion dollars, discretely treated and checked up on as part of they’re aftercare plan. I honestly think it’s a service you just can’t beat. There’s nothing else I need from them, they anticipate it all and I’m simply blown away. Very grateful, I will always highly recommend.
