I purchased a Venty from this place. The vape arrived fine. After the first few charges I realized I was only getting about 25-35 minutes per charge when it's supposed to be 60-90 minutes. I tried to contact Storz&Bickel and I could not start a claim until they registered my device. After 2 weeks, my device was registered and I submitted my claim. My only response was from bots telling me this was not covered under my warranty because of battery degradation and wear. They offered to "fix" my brand new Venty for $350 which is what I just paid for the device!! I went back and forth asking to speak to a human with no luck. Same generic responses. I then contacted Planet of the Vapes and explained what was going on. They said they would work with Storz&Bickel to explain it's a new device and not to worry. After a few weeks of that, I hear back from Planet of the Vapes and I'm told they heard back from S&B and my claim is denied for battery degradation and ware. This is insane! There is no warranty on a Venty unless it blows up or doesn't work at all. Do not trust this company or Storz&Bickel. The whole experience is horrible
