I have contacted Straight Talk customer service again. And was told I could change my cell number after 24 hours. It had been 24 hours and the woman at customer service would not change my number. She thought my issue was very amusing and was laughing. I requested to speak to a supervisor, she told not answer me. The line went silent and the she hung up. I situation is not funny. My job is in direct correlation with my area code on my cell phone. If I can't advertise with the correct Area code (480), then I can not work. With NO work, there is No Money to Pay my Rent. If I can not pay my rent, I lose my home. I do Not want to be homeless. I do not live in Maricopa County, which is the area code straight talk Customer Service issued me. I live in Pinal County. Every Day they refuse to fix this problem, is a day I LOOSE WORK!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME. I AM RUNNING OUT OF SAVINGS QUICKLY.
