I did a lot of research before signing up for an online straightening programme. I was so unhappy with my smile and felt unable to go via my normal dentist due to it being totally unaffordable. Having had the initial consultation and sending my x rays and gun scores, it took me a long time to decide to give it a go. I suffer from anxiety so it was a big deal for me to put my trust in this. I have been really pleased with the service and results. It took much longer than predicted (21 months v the 9 months prediction) but that was due to at least two lots of refinements to get my teeth into the best possible position. Since my treatment I joined the retention programme and have my retainers to wear at night. It’s a relief not having to wear them all day, although you do get very used to it. I’ve had standard check ups and x rays since my treatment and all is well with no concerns from my dentist. There are some online companies I’d avoid like the plague but Straight Teeth Direct have been brilliant. Overall a very good experience with excellent customer service and results.
