I ordered a kingsize duvet set in dark grey and extra kingsize pillows in the light grey option. I had been looking for a more ethical bed linen company and wanted to use organic cotton as bedding. I experienced brilliant service from start to finish! I hadn't realised that in the kingsize duvet set I ordered, the pillows were actually standard size. Before the items had even been delivered, Shivani had rung me to ask if I was aware of this, as she'd noticed I'd also ordered extra kingsize pillows. I was able to order the right size pillows over the phone and then she swiftly organised for a return of the standard pillows and refund. It was all done efficiently and quickly. The bedding itself is lovely, cosy and soft, it looks fab in our bedroom. The colours stay vibrant when washed and I've enjoyed sleeping in them. This will be my go to company for bedding from now on!
