I ordered 9 t-shirts from Streetshirts lured in by the Guaranteed 24hr Delivery promise. The fast delievery was the key as I needed the t-shirts for a party in 24hrs time. My order involved custom designing all 9 t-shirts, selecting sizes, colours, photos, fonts. After spending an hour om the designs, I checked out. The basked had all items showing "24 hours" in bright pink font. I paid for the items, only to realise that the delivery date was 80hrs away, not 24. I immediately jumped on a Live Chat and was told that the delivery date was shown before I clicked to pay. I tried to cancel, but was told that wasn't possible. The company lure you in under false pretenses and offer no Customer Support when you try to resolve the issue with faster delivery or a refund. Advertising 24hrs and delivering in 80. What a joke!
