I was conned into giving a review with the offer of a free t-shirt. The company then reneged on the free t-shirt offer after I had posted the review and since I seem unable to retract my review and I'm doing another one here to warn others. This is possibly the worst company I have dealt with customer service wise. I've had a couple of run-ins with them that have really stressed me out. They reply with gobbledegook messages. They have customer services representatives who turn into directors overnight. I actually don't believe they are real people replying but some form of AI, with pictures of people attached to their messages, as they don't ever seem to read my complaint, just reply with nonsense gobbledegook. Their t-shirts are OK, but I've noticed that a few with script print on, the print is starting to badly fade after just a few washes. Don't get conned into giving a positive review on the back of a free t-shirt offer. Once you have posted the review they will want to charge you for the t-shirt you have designed to obtain the free offer. I have reported them to Trading Standards.
